Ingredients

  • 4-4 oz salmon filets
  • 16 oz asparagus spears
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Cut four squares of foil. Place 3 lemons slices on each square and the salmon filets on top of the lemon slices. Divide the asparagus spears between the four squares.
  • Season the filets and asparagus with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and mustard powder.
  • Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl.
  • Spoon the butter mixture evenly over the salmon slices.
  • Wrap the foil around the salmon and asparagus to create pockets, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with extra lemon wedges.
