Ingredients

olive oil

flounder filets
Salt and pepper to taste

grated parmesan cheese
¼
cup
Italian-style seasoned breadcrumbs
3
garlic cloves
minced

parsley
freshly chopped

lemon
juiced and zested
Instructions
Season the filets with salt and pepper on both sides and preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated parmesan, lemon zest, and chopped parsley.
Press the filets onto the breadcrumb mixture on both sides until completely covered in it.
Place the filets on a baking sheet previously brushed with one tsp olive oil and drizzle 3 tsp olive over the filets.
Drizzle the filets with lemon juice and bake for 20 minutes or until completely cooked.
Notes
Pat dry the filets before seasoning and breading them.
Serve them with freshly squeezed lemon on the side.
