In a large bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, mayo, chopped celery, sliced green onions, whole grain mustard, chopped pickles, capers, and chopped fresh dill. Use as filling for sandwiches.
Notes
Chop all ingredients roughly the same size for a uniform salad.
Don’t forget to season the salad with salt and pepper.
If you want a lower calorie salad, use Greek yogurt instead of mayo, or a combination of both.
