Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread (or your favorite bread)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 4 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Spread one side of the bread slices with butter.
  • Turn them around and spread the other side with mascarpone cheese and peanut butter.
  • Place the banana slices on one slice, drizzle with honey, and top with the second slice.
  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and grill the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
