Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Place the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Gently toss everything together and spread out the cauliflower florets. Gather the cheese left on the baking sheet and make small bundles. Press the florets onto them.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins, stirring once at the 15 min mark until the cauliflower is fork tender. Serve hot.
