Ingredients

  • 6-6 oz bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Mix the oil, paprika, oregano, thyme, mustard powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Place the chicken thighs on a baking dish and brush them with the oil mixture.
  • Bake, skin side up, for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
  • For crispier skin, turn on the broiler and cook for 2-3 minutes.
