dried oregano

Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Mix the oil, paprika, oregano, thyme, mustard powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Place the chicken thighs on a baking dish and brush them with the oil mixture.
Bake, skin side up, for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
For crispier skin, turn on the broiler and cook for 2-3 minutes.
