Dredge the wings (drumettes and flat wings) in a mixture of flour, mustard powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Make sure they are well covered in the mixture and shake off any excess.
Place the floured wings in a baking sheet, spray them with cooking spray, and bake them for 30 mins at 350 F for 15 mins.
While the wings are baking, make the sauce by combining the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sriracha, lime juice, and sesame seeds. Bring to a boil and turn the heat to low.
Make a slurry by mixing the cornstarch with water. Add this to the sauce and simmer until thick.
Take the cooked wings out of the oven, toss them into the sauce until fully covered, return them to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 mins, flipping them over halfway until sticky. Serve with freshly sliced green onions and fresh cilantro on top.
