lean ground beef

garlic cloves, minced

piece of fresh ginger, grated

packed brown sugar

low-sodium soy sauce

sriracha, or to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste

green onions, sliced
Freshly made rice
Instructions
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the sesame seed oil and cook the ground beef, minced garlic, and grated ginger until fully cooked.
Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, and sliced green onions. Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve over freshly made white rice.
Notes
If you can’t find lean ground beef, drain the fat after cooking it.
Do not add salt to the beef, soy sauce has enough sodium.
Add the sriracha amount according to your liking.
