Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside
While the pasta is cooking, preheat the oven to 350 F.
After you drain the pasta, pour the cream of chicken soups, salsa, crema (or sour cream), chicken broth, taco seasoning, and one cup of cheese into the same pot. Stir until well combined.
Mix in the cooked chicken and pasta
Place the pasta mixture into a 9x13-inch casserole dish, top with the remaining cup of shredded cheese and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with freshly chopped parsley on top.
