Equipment

  • Knife and cutting board
  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 5 Roma tomatoes
  • 1-10 oz can petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • ¼ red onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 green onions, cut into fourths
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and roughly chopped
  • cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • To make this salsa just place all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor and pulse 4-5 times until it reaches the desired consistency. Pulse more times for a smoother salsa, or less for a chunkier one. Serve with nachos, tacos, burritos, or a side with any meal.
