Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes, washed, peeled, and cut into one-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F. Place all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and toss to combine.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized on the edges.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle more olive oil on top before serving.
