Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Make the garlic butter: combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and minced garlic in a shallow dish.
  • Make the breading: combine the Panko breadcrumbs, grated cheddar, and grated Parmesan in a second shallow dish.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper and dip it in the garlic butter to cover both sides, then into the breadcrumbs and coat on both sides. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked.
