Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 sliced whole wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3-4 slices slices of cucumber
  • ¼ cup broccoli sprouts (or alfalfa sprouts)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 large tomato slice
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • ¼ mashed avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spread both slices of bread with 1 tbsp of cream cheese
  • Add the following:
    - 3 slices of cucumber
    - ¼ cup of broccoli sprouts
    - 1 tsp olive oil + 2 tsp red wine vinegar
    - 1 large slice of tomato
    - 1 lettuce leaf
    - ¼ mashed avocado
    - Salt and pepper to taste
