Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

cup
grated onion (juice included)

cup
barbecue sauce (your favorite)

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce

tbsp
brown sugar

garlic powder

cayenne pepper or to taste

ground mustard
Instructions
Place all ingredients inside the crockpot making sure everything is well combined.
Cook on high for 3 hours, or on low for 5.
Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
Notes
Make sure the chicken breasts are well covered with the sauce before cooking them.
The best way to shred chicken is using two forks.
