How To Make A 10-Minute Buffalo Chicken Wrap

  1. Make the buffalo sauce by combining the hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper in a measuring cup or small bowl.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add ½ tbsp of olive oil, and add the sliced rotisserie chicken. Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened about 3 minutes.
  2. To make the wraps place the tortillas on the counter and add
  3. Ranch dressing (a thin layer)
    • Shredded lettuce (about ½ cup)
    • Shredded cheddar (about 2 tbsp)
    • Buffalo chicken (about ½ cup)
    • About ¼ mashed avocado
  4. Wrap the tortillas burrito-style: fold one long side over the filling, then fold the top and bottom sides over and roll.

Can These Wraps Be Made Ahead Of Time?

The dressing and buffalo sauce can make the tortillas a bit soggy, so it’s best to make them close to the serving time. However, you can make the wraps without the dressing and serve it on the side as a dipping sauce, and not add too much buffalo sauce.
