Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced or chopped rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil, divided
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing (or Blue Cheese dressing or your favorite creamy dressing)
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 avocado, smashed

Instructions

  • Make the buffalo sauce by combining the hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper in a measuring cup or small bowl.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add ½ tbsp of olive oil, and add the sliced rotisserie chicken. Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened about 3 minutes.
  • To make the wraps, place the tortillas on the counter and add:
    - Ranch dressing (a thin layer)
    - Shredded lettuce (about ½ cup)
    - Shredded cheddar (about ¼ cup)
    - Buffalo chicken (about ½ cup)
    - About ¼ mashed avocado
  • Wrap the tortillas burrito-style: fold one long side over the filling, then fold the top and bottom sides over and roll.
