Can I Make This Ahead Of Time?

You can, but I recommend not adding the cracker topping or baking it right away. Make chicken/noodle mixture, place it in the baking dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Sprinkle the crunchy topping and bake the day you plan to serve the casserole.

Can I Freeze This Casserole?

You can! Let it cool completely before wrapping it with two layers of plastic wrap and one layer of foil and freezing it for up to 3 months. To reheat, let it thaw overnight in the fridge and bake in a preheated oven until hot and bubbly.
