How Do I Make Dorito Taco Salad With Catalina Dressing?
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the taco seasoning plus ½ cup of water and cook until slightly thick.

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 1 iceberg lettuce head, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 oz Nacho Cheese-flavored Doritos
- 1-16 oz bottle Catalina salad dressing
