How To Make Chicken Fried Steak

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and prepare the dredging station:
    • Combine the milk and eggs in a shallow dish
    • Whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, mustard powder, garlic powder, and paprika
  2. Coat each steak with the flour mixture on both sides, then dip into the egg wash shaking off any excess, and then into the flour mixture again, shaking off any excess flour. Transfer the breaded steaks to a plate.
