What Goes Into Stuffed Pepper Soup?
You will need the following ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Onion and garlic
- Ground beef
- Ground pork
- Beef broth
- Tomato sauce
- Diced tomatoes
- Green, yellow, and red bell peppers
- Basmati rice
- Dried oregano and basil
Making Stuffed Pepper Soup:
- Heat a large pot over medium heat, add the olive oil, and saute the onions until translucent, about 5 mins. Add the garlic, ground beef, and ground pork. Cook, crumbling the ground meats, until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork
- 4 cups beef broth
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1-28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup Basmati rice, cooked
