Ingredients

For the dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper

For the slaw

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and julienned (or your favorite apples)
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Make the dressing by combining the mayo, Greek yogurt, vinegar, honey, mustard, celery salt, salt, and pepper
  • Place all slaw ingredients in a large salad bowl and drizzle the dressing on top. Toss and refrigerate the slaw for at least one hour before serving.
