Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • 2 Baking sheets
  • 2 silpat mats or parchment paper
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian bulk sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1-14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silpat mat.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, place balls of the mixture on the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Chill the balls for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
