Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2- 15 oz can whole-kernel corn
  • 1- 15 oz can cream corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8.5 oz package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Butter-flavored cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F and spray a 2-qt baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
