Ingredients
For the cake:

white cake mix box

tsp
ground cinnamon
1
cup
sour cream

eggs

cup

can apple pie filling
For the glaze:
1
cup
confectioner’s sugar
1-1 ½
tbsp
milk
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, cinnamon, water, and sour cream using a hand-held or stand mixer.
Pour the cake into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spoon the apple pie filling evenly on top.
Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 35 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Make a glaze by mixing the milk and confectioner’s sugar and spread it evenly on top of the slightly cooled cake.
Notes
When spooning the apple pie filling over the cake batter, make sure you do it evenly so every bite has a bit of apples.
Bake the cake until golden brown, but keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
Add the glaze while the cake is still warm so it can get into the crevasses.
