After preheating the oven to 350 F, place the brick of Feta cheese in the middle of a medium-sized baking dish. Throw the grape tomatoes around the cheese and pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese. Season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the cheese for 30 mins or until the tomatoes are bursting and the cheese is soft. Mix everything together until creamy.
Add the cooked bow tie pasta and mix until combined. Serve with freshly chopped basil on top.
Notes
Before adding mixing in the cooked pasta, make sure the cheese and tomatoes are well blended together until creamy.
Be careful when adding salt, because Feta cheese is already salty.
