- After preheating the oven to 350 F, place the brick of Feta cheese in the middle of a medium-sized baking dish. Throw the grape tomatoes around the cheese and pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese. Season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
