Ingredients

  • 1-10 oz bag fresh refrigerated ravioli (your choice of flavor, I used three-cheese)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1-14 oz Marinara sauce

Instructions

  • Make the breading by combining the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, dried parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Place the buttermilk in a small bowl.
  • Dip the ravioli first in the buttermilk, then into the seasoned bread crumbs making sure to cover them evenly on both sides.
  • Transfer the breaded ravioli to the basket of your air fryer placing them in a single layer (you may have to do it in batches).
  • Spray the ravioli on both sides with cooking spray and air fry them for 6-8 mins at 300 F.
  • Serve with warm marinara as a dipping sauce.

Notes

  1. Shake the excess breading off the ravioli before placing them in the air fryer.
  2. Do not use frozen ravioli. Use the big fresh ones.
