Make the breading by combining the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, dried parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Place the buttermilk in a small bowl.
Dip the ravioli first in the buttermilk, then into the seasoned bread crumbs making sure to cover them evenly on both sides.
Transfer the breaded ravioli to the basket of your air fryer placing them in a single layer (you may have to do it in batches).
Spray the ravioli on both sides with cooking spray and air fry them for 6-8 mins at 300 F.
Serve with warm marinara as a dipping sauce.
