I love cocktails, but what I enjoy most at cocktail parties are the appetizers. Finger food is, in my opinion, better than a proper meal. It is fun and creative, and always feels like a treat. Air fryer ravioli are no different. Crunchy outside and with a creamy interior, dipping them in marinara sauce makes them the perfect finger food!

How To Make Homemade Buttermilk?

If you don’t have any buttermilk at home, don’t worry. You can make your own by mixing one cup of milk with one tablespoon of vinegar. Stir the mixture gently and let it sit for 5-7 minutes.

Can I Make Fried Ravioli in The Oven?

Yes, you can. Preheat the oven to 425 F. Prepare the ravioli by dipping in the buttermilk and breading them but instead of using the air fryer, spray a cooling rack with cooking spray, place them on a baking sheet, and place the breaded ravioli on the rack. Bake for 15-20 mins.
