Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp jalapenos, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl until well combined.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F while you microwave the mixture for one minute.
  • Make sure all ingredients are well combined and pour them into a small baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and slightly brown on top.
  • Serve with crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

  1. Before you start, make sure the cream cheese is room temperature so it is easier to mix.
  2. Shred your own cheddar cheese if possible. It melts better than pre shredded cheese.
  3. If feeding children, you might want to skip the jalapenos.
