Ingredients

  • 1-8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1-14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove as much water as possible
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined, place the mixture in a 1-quart baking dish, and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until piping hot and the cheeses have melted.

Notes

  1. Make sure you squeeze as much liquid as possible from the thawed spinach, or the dip will be runny.
  2. Also, drain the artichoke hearts as much as possible to remove excess liquid.
  3. The cream cheese should be room temperature for easy mixing.
