Combine the ground beef, egg, stuffing, and water in a large bowl. Using your hands or a spatula, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
Shape the meat mixture into a log and place in a greased baking dish.
Make the glaze: whisk the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders in a small bowl until smooth.
Using a silicone brush or a spoon, brush the loaf with the glaze until fully covered on all sides.
Make a foil tent over the meatloaf and bake for 30 mins.
Remove the foil and bake for 30 minutes more.
