If you wish to add a glaze on top, you need a few more, but I’m sure you have all of them in the fridge and pantry. I do recommend you use the glaze because it is truly mouthwatering!
What Four Ingredients Do I Need To Make Meatloaf?
For the meatloaf you will need:
- Lean ground beef
- Egg
- Stovetop Stuffing
- Water
For the glaze you need:
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- Brown sugar
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
How Can I Make Meatloaf With Four Ingredients?
This is how easy you can make meatloaf:
- Combine the ground beef, egg, stuffing, and water in a large bowl. Using your hands or a spatula, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a log and place in a greased baking dish.
- Make the glaze: whisk the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders in a small bowl until smooth.
- Using a silicone brush or a spoon, brush the loaf with the glaze until fully covered on all sides.
- Make a foil tent over the meatloaf and bake for 30 mins.
- Remove the foil and bake for 30 minutes more.
How To Make A Glaze For Meatloaf?
I have tried several recipes for meatloaf glaze and this is by far my favorite. Make a mixture of 2 tablespoons each: ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar with ¼ teaspoon each of garlic and onion powder. Brush the uncooked meatloaf with this mixture and you will make the tastiest meatloaf ever!

Notes
- Do not overmix the meat mixture or your meatloaf will turn out tough. Use your hands and mix just until combined.
- Let the meatloaf rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting it so it doesn’t fall apart.
- If you don’t use all the glaze when brushing the meatloaf, use it to brush the meatloaf 5 minutes before the cook time is over.
