Equipment

  • Medium-sized salad bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Silicone mat

Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 2 cups trawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups peeled, cored, and chopped (use your favorite apples)
  • 2 peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp apricot preserves
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the chips:

  • 8- 10 inch flour tortillas, cut into 8 triangles each
  • Butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Make the cinnamon sugar by combining 2 tbs sugar with 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Place the tortilla triangles on the baking sheet and spray them with cooking spray on both sides. Sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar on both sides and bake for 10 mins until crispy.
  • Make the salad: place the fruit, apricot preserves, and sugar in a medium-sized bowl. Mix until well combined and serve with the cooled cinnamon chips.
