sesame seed oil

93% lean ground beef

garlic cloves

freshly grated ginger

packed brown sugar

low-sodium soy sauce

sriracha (or to taste)
Freshly ground pepper

sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
Heat the sesame seed oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef and minced garlic until no pink is left on the meat.
Add the grated ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, and ground pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Make a bowl by serving it over white or brown rice and top with sliced green onions.
