Whisk together the yogurt, eggs, and ½ cup water in a bowl .
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture and stir until combined but do not overmix. A few lumps are ok. If you feel the mixture is too thick, add a bit more water.
Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet or griddle over medium heat and spray with butter-flavored cooking spray. Use a ¼ measuring cup to spoon batter into the hot skillet and cook on medium-low heat until bubbles start to form on the top.
Using a rubber spatula, flip the pancake and cook for about 1 minute on the other side or until golden brown.
