Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1-10 oz condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1-10 oz cream of cheddar cheese soup
  • 1-28 oz bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions and bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Combine the cooked ground beef with the rest of ingredients (minus 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese) in a large bowl until well mixed together. Spoon into a 9x13-inch dish and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar evenly on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue cooking for 15 minutes more or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  1. You can add your favorite veggies for a more balanced meal.
  2. If you can’t find lean ground beef, drain the fat rendered after cooking the beef.
