To make this easy casserole you need the following ingredients:

  • Lean ground beef
  • Condensed cream of celery soup
  • Cream of cheddar soup
  • Frozen cubed potatoes with bell peppers and onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make The Easiest Ground Beef and Potato Casserole?

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine the cooked ground beef with the rest of ingredients (minus 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese) in a large bowl until well mixed together. Spoon into a 9×13-inch dish and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar evenly on top.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue cooking for 15 minutes more or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • 1-28 oz bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions and bell peppers
