Ingredients

lean ground beef
⅓
cup
onion
diced

garlic cloves
minced
1- 6

can tomato paste

water

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
ground mustard
1 ½
tsp
dried oregano

cups
potatoes
diced

cup
carrots
diced

cup
frozen peas
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the meat mixture along with the rest of the ingredients (except for the fresh parsley) into the pot of the slow cooker.
Give everything a good stir and cook on high for 3 hours.
Serve over freshly cooked white rice and garnish with freshly chopped parsley
Notes
If you can’t find lean ground beef, drain the excess fat rendered when cooking the ground beef.
Try to chop your veggies roughly the same size (potatoes and carrots) so they cook evenly.
If you wish to cook this recipe overnight, cook it on low for 6 hours.
