Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ⅓ cup onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 cups potatoes diced
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the meat mixture along with the rest of the ingredients (except for the fresh parsley) into the pot of the slow cooker.
