How To Make Cabbage and Ground Beef Patties

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix the cabbage, onion, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. Combine the ground beef, paprika, coriander, parsley, garlic powder, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well and divide into 6 patties.

  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper, divided
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
