- Unsalted butter
- Granulated sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract

- Light brown sugar
How To Make Cinnamon Donut Bread?
- Grease and flour a loaf pan, and preheat the oven to 350 F
- Using a stand or hand-held mixer, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and oil until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs and ½ tsp vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until well combined and smooth.
- Place ½ cup of this batter in a measuring cup or small bowl, and stir in ½ tsp of ground cinnamon and ½ tsp vanilla extract.
- Into your prepared loaf pan pour half of the remaining batter.
- Spoon half of the cinnamon batter on top.
