How To Make Garlic Cheese Toast

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Place the butter, cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in the bowl of your food processor. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Spread one side of the bread slices with unsalted butter and place the slices butter-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Carefully spread the other side of the bread slices with the garlic butter and cheese mixture.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. For a crispier toast, turn on the broiler and cook for 30-60 seconds until the cheese is slightly brown.
